Retrieving Separated Thermafil with the IRS® Instrument Removal System

An Endodontic Case Study by Dr. Steven Cohen, DDS

In this case, the thermafil obturator separated, but was retrieved using the IRS® Instrument Removal System Black retriever for the coronal half, and a Hedstrom file for the apical half.
